With all the Shades cream hair dye I tried, it's the mahogany that I loved the most. The color was so vibrant and looked good on my hair. It's long-lasting and color does not fade. It did not make my hair dry either. Still looks healthy and shiny. Excited to try the other colors.

This is my first time to try Shades Hair Dye. The color pay-off is subtle, probably due to my natural hair color, the color lasts for a month before it starts to fade. Experience no hair drying, as long as hair is conditioned everyday. Great and affordable product.

Got this shade since I've been a fan of red-reddish-brown hair colour and this brand is commendable! It gives a great vibrant color payoff yet doesn't damage your hair. No strong smell like the usual hair coloring products. Will definitely purchase one again soon! :)

I like this better than the Burgundy variant. The color is slightly visible even without direct sunlight. I also love it's non drying formula and it is easy to apply. I also liked that it did not give my scalp the "itchy and hot" feeling while it is being applied.

I already applied it and waited until the following day to takes affect but seem like nothing has happened. I cant see any different color onto my hair. Maybe because my hair was just really black and it would be hard to put a color that it must be needed to reapply again to take effect.

Got this one for my little sister to try since I tried the burgundy color. Kinda worked on her, but not that obvious maybe because she has too much hair that it didn't cover all of them. She likes it though, just looks like the hair color is natural and can be seen under the sunlight.

I had the foresight to coat my ears, forehead and nape with virgin coconut oil before application which was why I did not have a mishap this time. I like how it made my white hairs look like highlights, and given my dark hair a touch of slightly-reddish brown. I still think think it could use some help on the non-drying part, but overall, this is a hair-dye, not a hair repair treatment, so that did not really pull down its score for me much, since the color lasts long that the one box sample lasted 2-3 months before I used it all up on my short bob-cut.

I love this hair dye as it is paraben free. The color lasts long. The color mahogany is vibrant and my hair is shiny after applying it. My hair doesn't feel dry after using it compared to other products. My overall experience is great that is why I already switched to this product. I bought this product in different shades and I even bought several boxes for my mom to try.

I love having tried this brand of hair coloring. I used to only use imported brands to color my hair as I was afraid of drying my hair out or having that chemical smell on my hair. But this cream hair dye was surprisingly easy to apply, doesn't have an off smell, and was soft on my hair.

This product is the typical DIY (do it yourself) and reasonably priced. It is reddish in color which I love. Also, it did not damage my hair like other hair dyes. There is no difference whatsoever in colour comparison to other hair dyes in the market since it lasts for a month perhaps before reapplication.

I love coloring my hair and I guess this product is just not for me, it made my hair very dry even if I use conditioner. It also didn't stay that long.

My aunt used this product and she liked it. Said its easy to apply and doesn't make her hair dry after use. Her hair is in medium lenghth, and 1 packaging of this product is enought to color all her hair.

My sister used this hair dye and she really liked it. The color is super vibrant red which is perfect for her skin tone. It is long lasting unlike other brand thar fades easily when you wash your hair. But the formula is a bit drying.

I already used up the Burgundy shade so I had my friend test this one out. We both have dark hair and share the same praises and sentiments for this product. Pro? Not any sort of irritation during and after application. Hair quality improved. Con? Unimpressive color payoff. It looks flat black on the tresses, although we are waiting for a few weeks to give it a second shot.

Shades Cream Hair Dye is the only hair dye that didn't dry my hair . I love the color even though it's not that vibrant because the color lasts long. However, it still has the smell of normal hair dyes that I don't like.

I honestly expected a more vibrant color. The color is visible only in daylight. Maybe if I have a lighter hair color it would be more visible that's why I completely understand. The smell of the formula is not as strong as the other brands and it is non drying to the scalp, I didn't feel any itching while the product was being applied.

This box of hair dye is easy to use and inexpensive. The color is a shade of red that is just right for me. My hair was not dry after application and did not smell bad like other hair dyes. Color is fairly the same like other dyes- lasting 2-4 months before need for reapplication. Will repurchase!

My husband was again the one who tried this on his hair :) We observed that the color was long lasting and vibrant. We can not say for sure, however, that it was non-drying. We did prefer my husband having a black or dark brown color on his hair but this one produced a deep dark reddish effect so we are not sold out on buying this for our use next time.

Perfect for my dry hair. After I used it, my hair becomes soft and not tangled. It's like having a hot oil in the parlor. I also love the color; not so bright and perfect for my complexion.

I like how it gave my dark hair that something it needed to stand out. The color doesn't show a lot unless the sunlight hits it directly. If this is the same as the other colors, I know it would last fairly well. The only downside is, 1 box is not enough for my long hair and the smell of chemicals is really off putting.
