I could not say for certain if this helped me produce more milk. I would need a few more to use over the weeks to know for sure. But it did not make me feel nauseous or anything so that is a great sign. Will probably buy more of these to try.

First of all, I am not a breastfeeding mom. But of course who will say no to malunggay? Given that these tiny leaves will give you lots of benefits in your body. I drink one capsule of this Buds and Blooms Pure and Young Malunggay Capsule after my first meal in the morning. Not sure about the milk supply boost cause just I have said, I'm not a breastfeeding mom but actually, I notice that when I'm taking one capsule every morning, the heavy feeling is gone. I am much more alive and the thought that you're giving your body its daily vitamin dosage is heaven! Take note, that these leaves are young and pure. Properly and meticulously selected. I am still a single lady but what made me try this was the fact the malunggay itself is a superfood. I find it hard to find fresh and young malunggay leaves in the metro area when I had an abundance of them in our province. I took this 2days before my period and surprisingly, the tenderness and swelling that often comes with PMS didn't come. There was a slight tingling but the soreness is not there. This positive change prompted me to repurchase and eventually share it with my lactating cousin. What I like about it is that there is no "processed" aftertaste and also alleviated my fatigue.

Many brands also offer malunggay capsules but what I appreciate with Buds & Blooms is its claim to use young malunggay leaves. They also contain 500mg of moringa while other brands only have 300mg so it is more packed with needed nutrients for each capsule. For its price point, I must say it is affordable!

I've been a breastfeeding mom for over two years, so I've pretty much had my fair share of malunggay supplements and lactation treats. While taking the malunggay supplements for the past 5 days (I took two capsules per day as recommended on the pack for lactating moms), I only noticed a slight boost in my milk supply. Though just a quick disclaimer, my milk supply has always been stable and I usually pump out an extra 4 ounces of milk. This is my extra milk after feedings. With the buds and blooms supplements, it increased to 5 ounces of extra milk.

This is a really good product. Very beneficial for me since I'm exclusively breastfeeding right now. It evidently increases my milk supply even though I'm already breastfeeding for more than a year now. After taking each capsule I can really feel that my breast is full and I don't need to use a pump to collect milk. I can easily express it. This is a must-have for all breastfeeding mommas out there!
