I drank a sachet of C-Lium immediately after receiving the sample, because I’ve been constipated for days already. Nothing happened that day, felt nothing. But after a day, i felt the urge to do number two and it was successful. Today, I still feel constipated. I expected much from this product but unfortunately, taking alternative medications/supplements like senna tea or something like Dulcolax still helps better with constipation with immediate effect. Might try this for few more days and hopefully, C-Lium will help with my bloating and constipation.
