I am very impressed with this product. My hair's wavy, and I wanted to use it to style my hair into loose curls. I normally use whipped cream mousse to do that. I applied it to my damp hair at night and sleep with my hair in a bun, but I've been looking for a cheaper alternative since mousse is expensive and I have pretty long hair. When I read somewhere that leave-on conditioners work just as well, I decided to give this one a shot. I thought it wouldn't work since it says "standout straight," but it held my curls and waves in place. My hair did loosen as the day wore on, but it only resulted into sort of a beach kind of look, which I actually like. It also smells nice and the small bottle is perfect for carrying it anywhere. I will definitely be buying this product when I run out.

This Cream Silk Standout Straight Leave-on Cream did not live up to my expectations of making my hair shinier and softer. Although it did make my hair smelling great, my hair was still frizzy when it dried. I actually applied it on my damp hair, which indeed made combing a bit easier, but when my hair dries, it still is frizzy and dry. Additional application does make my hair smoother but definitely not shinier.

I was excited to use this product the time I got this. Heard so much about this stuff. When I opened the bottle, I immediately noticed the familiar scent of Cream Silk. It is overpoweringly fragrant but in a nice way. A little of this goes a long way. It is non-greasy compared to the other hair products that I used before. Once I applied it on my hair, it instantly smoothen my hair especially those few untamed pieces gawking everywhere. If used alone, I noticed that the effect does not last the whole day. But with used with a conditioner, this is a product worth for keeps.
