I have used the whole 30-day pack and I must say it is a convenient way to have your vitamin C and collagen dose in one! I love this collagen brand with vitamin c. It makes my skin not only glowing but it makes my hair have lesser hair fall too. My nails are less brittle than it used to be. I like the fact that they combined both collagen and vitamin C in one capsule and it is really convenient to take. The capsules are packed in a blister pack with 10 capsules each mat. The only downside for me is the quantity of collagen and vitamin C per capsule, if you want to get the maximum benefit you would have to take several capsules daily. But for the price of each capsule, I would say that it is an okay buy if you are a first timer in using collagen supplements.

The recommended dosage is 1 capsule a day but I take two because my collagen needs are higher. These capsules never made me feel acidic plus it helped me get through a cold faster. In my case, I always find that when I have sufficient vitamin c intake I sleep better and that was true the entire 2 weeks that I was taking this sample.
