I always admire lipbalms with the minty scent. That is my go-to scent when it comes to lipbalms because they also give me the cool, relaxing feeling when I apply them on my lips. I also like this balm because of its SPF. But its formula is kind of waxy or was it just me overapplying it? I don't like the packaging because it's in a tub: 1st because of hygienic reasons and 2nd, it's a bother applying it with fingers. But since the sample is the only one in a tub and the full-size is in a tube then it's ok.

This is an awesome product. I love the minty feel when you apply it. It moisturizes great too. I will definitely buy one as soon as my sample is done.

What I love about this lip butter is the scent, so clean and minty as if I just brushed my teeth! It provides moisture but it doesn't last that long. I noticed that my lips felt even drier as soon as it get wiped off, I don't know why! I was checking out the ingredients but it was not indicated in the packaging. I would still like to try out other kinds of lip balms and lip butters as most other products in the market are petroleum based which I heard isn't really good for our lips.

Any lip balm that is minty is almost always a winner in my book. What I liked the most about this lip balm is the cooling effect it gives my lips, and also the fact that the flavor and scent of it isn't a very chemically/plasticy mint, unlike some. It moisturizes well, and stays on for quite some time. I don't think I was able to get the full experience though because its always harder to use potted lip balms, unless they're on the more creamy side like The Body Shop's Born Lippy. It's nice to know that the full size comes in a tube; I'm very excited to get my hands on them! I'm sure I'd love it even more in stick form.

A minth scent is something I always like and appreciate. It leaves me relaxed and refreshed. It leaves a tingly feeling when applied. The texture is something I am not sure to like, it feels waxy upon application and the staying power isn't too well. It was gone just after an hour. I also noticed that it didn't help my lips that much in healing it and keeping it moisturized unlike the one I regularly use.

I have chapped lips all the time. The first time I use it I immediately like the minty feeling and smell. It feels cool and relaxing. It's very light to apply and I just use very little of it because I don't need the shine. The lip butter moisturizes well and I like that it has an SPF 15.

I like it that it is fast absorbing, and it is cool on the lips once applied. It does not act as a primer though, but as far as moisturizing properties are concerned, I am happy with it. It could do well for just simple weekends and days when makeup and lip color is not required. It smells good and it is easily applied with the help of a lip brush.
It did not dry my lips and for that I think I can use this for everyday when I don't feel like putting on lip color. Constant reapplication is expected though.

The first night that I used this, my lips peeled the morning after. I don't know why but it wasn't the painful kind of peeling so it's okay; maybe my lips needed that exfoliation. Anyway, what I liked about this is the smell and slight minty feeling it gives upon lathering on the lips. I love minty lip balms. It also moisturized well, I needed a good lip balm because of the chilly weather we have been experiencing lately. Nevertheless, it's a hassle it came in tub. I'd have to look for this product in tube since I'm not fond of tub lip balms.

I was expecting this to be a rich kind of balm, it's more like an oil, but not too oily thin. I think this is more like a protectant than a moisturizer. It does it's job, my lips didn't chap in the cold AC room. This is so minty, the 1st time I used this I sucked air in and felt the coolness at the back of my mouth. I felt a bit anxious that lips are still tingly after 20 mins. I'd enjoy using this on casual days walking outside, the SPF15 gives additional protection.

The venus and mars lip butter balm is so moisturizing. It really softens my lips. I love the cooling effect after you put balm. The minty smell is so invigorating. Another great sample from sampleroom.ph.

Minty! That was my first impression when I used the balm on my lips. It has a cooling effect which kind of relaxing my lips after a day's work. Yes, I do use it every night before going to bed. When applied, the smell will fade in just about 2-4 minutes and easily absorbed by your lips. My lips are soft and smooth every time I wake up in the morning. I haven't tried using this during daytime since I am still fond of using lip gloss for now. I will definitely purchase this one once my sample is done. I love anything minty so when i tried this product, the minty flavor is a big plus for me. It also has a cooling effect which will be perfect to the coming summer season. The consistency of the product is not thin and not runny so you won't feel that you just ate something mamantika like other lipbalms. You can also use the product as base for your lipstick!

Ive been using Venus and Mars smooch Lip Detox Lip Butter Balm for a week now, My lips are less dry. I like the minty feeling when i put it on. moisturizing is ok but needs reapplication more often. the product lacks a little more absorption ingredient.

Allow me to take this opportunity to thank you for including this lip balm to be given away. It was love at first swipe! I'm guilty of peeling the skin from my cracked lips which result to bleeding. One swipe of this balm soothed the stinging sensation and I knew this gem and me will go a long, long way. I find the scent of Venus and Mars Smooch Lip Detox Lip Butter Balm minty and its kinda relaxing sniffing it from the container. It feels cool on lips. The lip butter balm is lightweight on lips and it gives nice shine on lips. The balmy feeling stays on for an hour. This balm was able to relieve my lips dryness.

I'll start off by saying that this stuff smells amazing. It keeps my lips soft and moist! It smells very minty, but subtle and not to mention it's all natural. I have always had chapped lips, I don't know if its the weather or maybe I am just not drinking enough liquids, but I am constantly plagued by dry and chapped lips. I cannot wear lipstick because they really don't go well with dry lips. So I am always on the lookout for great and affordable lipbalms.
On my first use, the most noticeable thing is the "tingling". It has a cooling effect on the lips that I really love. It also has a nice minty smell. As for its moisturizing effect, I might be a special case, but I have to reapply every hour or so. But the great thing about it is that it's not greasy at all. It also doesn't taste icky like other lipbalms.

i have used several lip balms for my dry, chappy lips that's why i'm curious to what this product offers. it's not my first time to use this one so the moment i almost consumed my tube and saw this at sample room i didn't hesitate to get one again until i get my hands to one of its full size. this one and very moisturizing and i love its menthol effect on the lips. it also has this power of shedding the "old skin" from you lips and leaving a renewed skin. definetly will buy this again!

The menthol smell, reminiscent of a local candy brand, is a bit stronger than my liking and the cool sensation on the lips post-application may be a bit overpowering but considering how better it is at moisturizing and keeping my lips soft than my other lip balms, I'm willing to ignore the aforementioned cons. It's also not greasy and sticky so you don't feel like there's any product on your lips (after the minty cool sensation anyway). I do wish the effects lasts longer though, reapplication is a must after 3-4 hours.
